Shipping Within Australia

We ship Australia-wide from the Sunshine Coast, Queensland.

Standard Shipping: $12.95
Express Shipping: $16.95
Free Shipping: Orders over $150

Every order is carefully packed using purpose-built LP mailers and protective materials to ensure your records arrive safely and ready to be played.

All vinyl sold at Let There Be… is brand new and sealed.


Dispatch Time

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days.

You will receive tracking details via email once your parcel has been sent.

If there is any delay, we will communicate with you directly.


Delivery Estimates

Standard Shipping:
Metro areas: 2–6 business days
Regional areas: 3–10 business days

Express Shipping:
Metro areas: 1–3 business days
Regional areas: 2–5 business days

Delivery timeframes depend on Australia Post and may vary during peak periods.


Pre-Orders

If your order includes a pre-order item, your full order will ship once the pre-order is available.

If you would like in-stock items shipped separately, please place separate orders.

Release dates are set by distributors and may occasionally change.


Change of Mind

We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind.

Please choose carefully before purchasing, particularly with limited pressings, coloured vinyl, and pre-orders.

If you have any questions about a release before purchasing, we are always happy to help.


Manufacturer Defects

All vinyl sold at Let There Be… is brand new and sealed.

In the rare case of a manufacturer defect (such as significant warping, pressing faults, or serious playback issues), please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order.

Where possible, we may ask for:

  • Photos or video showing the issue

  • A brief description of the playback problem

We will assess the issue and work with the distributor to organise a replacement or appropriate resolution.

Minor sleeve imperfections, small corner dings caused in transit, or slight surface noise typical of vinyl playback are not considered manufacturer defects.


Damaged in Transit

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order and include:

  • Photos of the outer packaging

  • Photos of the damaged item

  • A clear image of the shipping label

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
