Return Policy — Let There Be

At Let There Be, every record is sourced, handled, and shipped with care.

Because we are a small, independent, family-run business working with limited pressings and special orders, we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind.

We encourage you to choose thoughtfully before purchasing.

We will happily assist with returns or replacements if:

• Your item arrives damaged in transit
• The record is faulty or unplayable due to a manufacturing defect
• You have received the wrong item

If this occurs, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email address] with:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photos (where applicable)

Once assessed, we will organise a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.

Please note:

• Minor sleeve scuffs or corner dings from shipping or manufacturing are not considered defects
• Sealed records that have been opened cannot be returned unless faulty
• We cannot accept returns on special order or pre-order items for change of mind

We stand behind the music we send out and will always seek to resolve genuine issues with fairness and care.
